I've never watched the show, and haven't heard any discussion about that ep. I guess it'd depend exactly how they handled it, whether it was problematic in the end or not. That said, I'd go in kind of skeptical, because TV in general doesn't have a great track record for sensitivity to this sort of issue. I'd have to see what they did with it to really have an opinion, though.
