Chocolate Techniques

Mom and I are making cookies, of course, and I just drizzled chocolate for the first time. It didn't work very well at first [cough] but I eventually got the hang of it. The trick is to not care at all where the chocolate goes. Fling the chocolate around with wild abandon and the cookies will come out looking great. Use multiple layers -- keep going till your chocolate is gone.

Waxed paper under the cookie racks is a good idea. :)

yup, as with life: just let it fly! ;) lol

LW -- "fly" is an excellent word to use; our piece of waxed paper wasn't quite big enough and now the tablecloth needs a wash. [duck] The cookies look great, though. :D

You can't really mess up chocolate.

Charles -- very true, when you get right down to it. :D Even my first few cookies, which were pretty ugly, tasted fine.

i'm sure... learned the hard way, trying too hard does not equal success, 'play' does ;) lol
